Great Idea! Now the question is, what character? I don't know what toy to put up for auction (Jay might be the man for that, what would raise the most money?), but I don't think a Nick Roche Blackstuff sketch would be completely inappropiate...

Maybe nick could do the most iconic transformer of all time, Optimus Prime, or the matrix(fits with lighting a dark time), suggestion.
Gonna try get something in whatever it may be.

I won't be around this Saturday to drop off my shelfwarmer, have to work. I'll drop it into the shop either thursday or friday of next week since I'm assuming we're using the new shop as a drop off point.

I'll have to check if that's alrite first since it's aTFIO thing and nothing to do with the shop, can't have them thinking there extra stock just been handed in! Who is taking responsibility for dropping off the offerings to the charity anyway and when?

nobody has yet, ive been making this up as i go so far lets not get together with our donations this weekend, pick another time. still have to work out where to send the combined donations to Bugger, I won't be around till later in the afternoon (feckin' kids parties!) and i doubt I'll be back in town this side of Christmas. Anyone going to be around after three that I could hand mine over to? As for who, I suppose take some suggestions and go with the most popular. I'd say the toys themselves could probably go to either a childrens hospital or one of the charities that deal with kids & families in poverty (like Barnardos or Children first), though we would probably have to check with them if they will take the toys. If the auction gets going maybe we could donate the takings to the ISPCC or something like that?
