Except when the Buildings where destroyed and still remained in place . Or that little Brick that would stop you driving. So many flaws in that.

I agree with Deus Ex, I've finished it many, many times and it even translated quite well to the Playstation 2. The 2nd was a good game, just not a great one. Can't wait for the 3rd this year.

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas - Introduced the concept of a "sandbox" game to me. I spent HOURS just noodling around, trying to see what kind of random trouble I could cause or get myself into. Absolutely great game.
Homeworld 2 for the PC - A 3D RTS space game. Beautiful graphics with huge game maps. The story mode is fun and challenging enough to keep it from getting boring, but not so hard as to make it frustrating. The only thing lacking was the ability to play through story mode as the opposite side.
EVE online - Yeah, I said it. It's an MMO with all the negativities that come along with that badge. But it's the ultimate sandbox game. Single perpetual server (unlike most other sharded MMOs) and perhaps the most complex player driven economy of any online game. Internet spaceships; you had me at hello.

Never was much of a GTA fan. I can see the appeal of those titles but it was just never my thing Mmm. The appeal always sorta wore off quick for me. I remember having the very first one, and the missions didn't interest me at all. The mayhem did, but even that wore thin. I picked up Vice City once, then traded it in a week later. Still, each to their own.

I liked the gta titles. the later ones like 3 vie city and san andreas were great. Vice city is my personal favorite. It was very scarface. Gta4 was amazing though. it makes starting a random fight and blowing up random stuff that little bit more fun.

Not necessarily "Teh Gretestz eva" but a really fun and cook game you should look out for is Team Buddies for the PlayStation.
It was a fun game the mixed childlike animation and fun with adult language and innuendo. A really fun game to grab,
