was just watching "gi joe resolute" and for those that havent seen it let me just say it is fantastic, superb animation and graphic violence....for example whole cities wiped out with massive casualities, bodies being blown up,falling to their deaths, being shot, being stabbed with blood clearly showing, you even see the bullets going in....defo NOT a show for kids.if it is available on dvd i would not be suprised if it had a warning on the cover that said "due to graphic voilence this program is not suitable for persons under 16 years of age".its high time we had a tf show to this same standard amied at us adult collectors instead of the shite we have had to endure over the last few years

I agree man, the movie has set the standard in violence and peoples reactions have been interesting, in the movies prime and megatron became more violent, megatrons killing of jazz still kinda stuns me to this day in it's barbaric state and Optimus in rotf and dotm takes no prisoners, while fans think this is a far step away from the ideals of g1 prime it is what a leader in a battle for survival needs to do. TFP at the moment has provided some action and violence in character deaths thus far but I would like to see them become more brutal, Cliffjumpers certainly was very brutal.

very true, clifff jumpers demise in tfp was some what unexpected in both the fact it happened and the way in which it happened.i too am still somewhat stuned about jazz in the movie.the movie and animation studios,to a large extent, really need to get the finger out.okay i will be the first to say that yes our collecting hobby,be it tf,gi joe,sw or what ever else it might be are essentially kids toys so i can understand the way they are thinking but they also know that there is a large, worldwide collecting family out there and its us, not the kids who buy the majority of product and we dont want childish shows,we want realistic voilent programmes....who says a cartoon about robots from space HAS to be for kids....sorry for the rant ;D
